Urban Game Como, also known as City Game or Treasure Hunt, is one of our most popular Team Building formats. It is an exciting and different activity that allows you to discover new cities together with your Team, completing incredible challenges along the way. A new way of visiting cities under the banner of team spirit. It is therefore a new adventure to allow the group to rediscover themselves in a different environment from the office, full of stimulation and fun.

Como is a unique location, perfect for nature lovers and lake enthusiasts.
It is especially ideal during the spring and summer periods, when it reaches the height of its potential. In fact, Como offers excellent hotels, numerous restaurants and a very special route along the lake. It is also possible to take a ferry to Comacina Island, a location that hosts our Treasure Island Team Buildings every year.
In short, Urban Game Como is the perfect Team Building for an adventure with puzzles to solve, tests to overcome, creativity challenges and much more.

Urban Game Como: unconventional tourists
Visiting the city with an urban team building activity means having an experience that has little in common with the usual sightseeing tour. Participants will, yes, discover the city’s most interesting sights, its historical monuments and the most beautiful perspectives. But this will not happen in the form of a sightseeing tour with explanations given by a guide, but rather in a playful, interactive and fun form.
Each team will have to reach different strategic points in the city and, once reached, perform a series of creativeand original tasks. N.B. These tasks will require extensive use of imagination!
Participants will have to take advantage of the city’s monuments or even the help of its inhabitants to solve the riddles and perform the tasks in the most creative way possible. For each task they will be given a score, which will be tallied at the end to choose the winning team!

Como: an Oscar-worthy location
Lake Como is famous for hosting one of famous actor George Clooney‘s residences, Villa Oleadra in Laglio.
Many people from all over the world come here for long walks around the lake in hopes of meeting the handsome actor during his time away from work. And who knows, maybe you too, during our Urban Game Como, can meet the famous Hollywood actor. Then again, never say never.
But George is not the only Hollywood celebrity who has been enchanted by Como and its lake.
Martin Campbell, director of the famous 007 film Casino Royale, also fell victim to its beauty, so much so that he chose it as the location for one of the scenes in his film. Which one? You can only find out during our Team Building.
These and many other curiosities about the city and the lake will be just one of the many new things that our Urban Game Como will introduce you to.
