Have you ever thought about a social team building? Only during Easter 2019 we offer exceptional conditions for all companies who will confirm a Birdhouse Building event: the social team building in which we create small houses for birds.
Migratory birds travel for thousands of kilometers searching for a new home. Let’s build one for them, with wood and… some love! Participants will have at disposal all the necessary instruments to create a solid and long lasting construction.
Where will we put the birdhouses?
In collaboration with one of the non-profit association of milanese territory, our houses will find place in the yard of a kindergarten or a school.

Easter in the office
Easter is traditionally celebrated in the family; but why not to organize also a party in our office? While we exchange wishes and chocolate eggs with our Team, we also have some time to do a team building activity!
The most fitting themes? The culinary ones:
- Chocolate modeling in the Choco Making activity;
- Decoration of cakes or chocolate eggs in Cake Design;
- Dinner Cooking, i.e. preparation of a complete meal for the team, from appetizers to desserts;
- Social Cooking, the socially engaged version of a culinary team building.
But Easter isn’t only the time for dinners! A nice format to try in these holidays will be the Gospel Choir, a new entry among our music team buildings. Gospel is now a really trendy genre of chant. It fits perfectly for team building thanks to its “give and take” structure. An individual performs a line, that the rest of the choir picks up and repeats.
Other possibilities for our corporate Easter celebration? Given the religious occasion, we think of all our socially engaged activities. Between these we propose Social Constructions: a mean to help a school or a gym by painting the walls and modernizing the spaces that children will use. Or Vertical Garden: we will create, with recycled and recyclable materials, containers and shelves for small plants. The garden will be given to a kindergarten, where the kids will see the plants grow… and eat them for dinner!
Dinner Cooking
Dinner Cooking: a cooking class for beginners, but also for those who already love cooking. Under the guidance of our chefs we will learn to prepare a whole dinner, from appetizers to dessert. And in the end everybody will enjoy the meal together!
Gospel Choir
Gospel Choir: a gospel is a dialogue between the voice of an individual and the choir. That’s why it’s the perfect metaphor for Leadership and Team Work dynamics. And, last but not least, it’s a really fun and creative way to do team building!
Choco Making
Choco Making: the perfect Easter activity for kids and adults! Chocolate eggs are good to eat, but could we ever think about trying to do them with our own hands? Seems difficult? But it’s impossible at all! The sweetest cooking team building.
Social Construction
Social Constructions: let’s build something concrete and long-lasting for children coming from difficult situations of life. We can paint the walls of a school or a kindergarten, or even build a climbing wall for a gym.
Pasta Making
Pasta Making: let’s learn to do fresh handmade pasta, the basis of Italian cuisine! In Italy we say that one isn’t a real chef until he can prepare fresh pasta. There are a lot of different formats: tagliatelle, ravioli, gnocchi… we will try to do them all!
Cake Design
Cake Design: cake decoration is an activity that combines creativity and taste in a perfect mix for a group of colleagues celebrating Easter. Unleash your fantasy in a true bakery, with all the necessary tools! Will you be able to represent your company’s logo on a cake… or a chocolate egg?!
Vertical Garden
Vertical Garden: let’s build a vertical garden for a kindergarten. Thanks to us, the kids will be able to observe each day how their plants grow, take care of them and benefit of a healthy addition to their menu. Easter is the right time to start the cultivation!
Social Cooking
Social Cooking: let’s cook for those who can’t afford a meal, or share the kitchen with people who feel left out of society. These are the options for a culinary team building aimed also to do charity. It will be the perfect activity for a corporate Easter celebration!
