Christmas holiday team building are Christmas-themed activities, games and events that teams can do throughout the year, but especially during the month of December.
On this page you will discover our favourite proposals for your company Christmas party!
Here are some ways to turn an evening among colleagues into an unforgettable experience full of fun and team spirit. We have designed several Christmas team building formats specifically for the celebration of this important holiday, which is an occasion for joy and fun, but also a chance for solidarity and altruism.
The Christmas team building events we are proposing are manifold. For some years now, they can be held not only live, but also online for all those teams that work remotely!
If live people have the opportunity to see each other and spend some time together, online it is still possible to work on the unity and strength of a team. Team building can be organised for up to 2000 people!
It will be possible to be with colleagues for dinner or even just for an aperitif… recently, we have also experimented with Breakfast! Every moment can be used to get together and exchange good wishes from the heart.
Thanks to all these activities, participants will spend a few hours in pleasant company, not only in attendance but also possibly in the comfort of their own homes. In short, the formats are different but all fun and educational!
One format that we have especially transformed for timing is the Christmas Murder Dinner. Now, with the online mode, it can also be delivered at more convenient times for everyone, such as an aperitif, lunch or even breakfast/brunch! During the team building, both live and online, participants will be guided by experienced professionals, and will have to investigate the unsolved case to find out who is the culprit of the murder.
For the altruistic, the possibilities for corporate Christmas activities are truly endless! In fact, Team Working collaborates with various associations through which we have the opportunity to give a smile to less fortunate people.
Thanks to Santa’s Helper Team Building you will be able to create toys and objects to be given to orphaned, hospitalised and poor children. Or with Social Cooking you will have the opportunity to cook for people in financial need, giving those who cannot afford it what we normally take for granted: a hot meal.
Objective of the activity? Don’t detonate the bomb!
