1. Birdhouse building

A new social and eco-sustainable activity: Team Building Birdhouse Building – Building Birdhouses. With recycled and/or makeshift materials, participating teams will get to work to give concrete help to migratory birds. It will be a creative, concrete and ecological activity, but also and above all a team exercise that will facilitate communication and improve the atmosphere in the team.

The houses produced can be placed in the places of passage of migratory birds, and will welcome their new inhabitants with spaces that can be conveniently used for nesting and spawning. In short, thanks to this team building we will all contribute together to improving the environment and the life expectancy of birds!

2. Vertical garden

Build a vertical vegetable garden for kindergarten children. If recycled materials are also used to build shelves and to make jars, this activity becomes the most complete realization of Social and eco-sustainable Team Building. Thanks to us, children will be able to see the growth of seedlings up close, participate in taking care of them and have a healthy addition to the meals of their canteen. We will all gain!

3. Farm

With the Social Team Building on the Farm participants will have the opportunity to rediscover the slowness of natural processes and preparations. On the farm we will approach the land, to our origins, and participate in creating natural products that we will then taste (cream, cheese and the like). This slow and km 0 experience will cause the company team to get out of the hustle and bustle of the metropolis for a day and build more relaxed interpersonal relationships.

4. Hydroponic

Vertical agriculture is increasingly becoming part of the usual farming practices here too, in Italy. Cultivating on several levels, vertical farming allows to reduce the soil used and avoid soil depletion and the loss of minerals. In addition to undoubted benefits ranging from increased crop control to the reduction of water, labor and chemicals. That’s why this activity can go straight into the Social Team Building category, as it is highly eco-sustainable.

5. Eco-paper

A curious and fun way to create new paper by reusing the old one. Nothing is thrown away! All office paper can come back to life, being reused in this format to create a custom sheet of paper to take home as a souvenir. At the end of the activity, all participants will realize that their Team will have done not only a good job, but also of great importance for the environment. It will certainly be an ennobling experience that will give a new stimulus to the work of the Team as well as that of the individuals.

Social team building: an eye on ecology

Social Team Building includes activities dedicated to raising awareness on ecological issues. Doing an ecological team building does not mean, after all, doing something different from a traditional team building, just keep in mind the impact that the activity can have on nature and the surrounding environment.

In addition to the activities mentioned above, purely aimed at ecology and social work, we have thought of others in which recycled and / or recyclable materials can be used! In particular, we are careful to use recycled materials, such as cardboard boxes, pieces of wood and other similar materials in our activities at Carton Boat, Crazy Car Race. Cardboard and wood find a new life thanks to the creativity of our participants. With the first, despite what you might believe, you can make boats that really can float and transport people. With wooden leftovers, on the other hand, we create fun cars that, once properly decorated, can face a competition on the track. They are moved by the thrust of the arms, so that emissions are also minimized. In short, two truly Green and eco-sustainable events!
