Extreme Adventure in winter
To start a wintry Extreme Team Building adventure we must, as first thing, get away from the city and the civilization itself. The designated places will be very different: woods, hills and snowy mountains. Here we will be able to build an igloo with blocks of ice and snow, to practice snow rafting on a raft or ice driving on a common car, to build fascinating snow and ice sculptures or to practice other winter sports. The colleagues will then become a team of curling, sledge, go kart on ice, or take a walk with snowshoes. And for those who are never satisfied… we can organize real Winter Olimpics with competitions in different kinds of sports, ranks and prizes!
You could say that the snow makes hard organizing a team building event or an incentive trip, but this difficulty can turn into a great advantage.
