Cookies have a page of their own: the Cookie Policy, which is in Italian.
Who processes your data
TeamWorking S.r.l.s.
Viale Francesco Restelli 4, 20124 Milan, Italy
VAT 08786420961 — REA MI-2049423
events@teamworking.it
We are the data controller. We have not appointed a data protection officer, because we are not one of the cases where the law requires one: for anything concerning your data, write to the address above and a person answers.
What we collect, and why
If you ask for a quote. The form collects what we need in order to answer you: name, company, email, phone, and what you tell us about the event — how many people, when, where, what you want the group to take home. We use it to put a proposal together and to talk it through with you. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR): without these data we cannot answer you.
If you write us an email or a message. We process what you send us, for the same reason and on the same basis.
If you become a client. Tax and accounting data are added to the above, which we process because the law requires it (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
If you take the Team Alignment Check. You answer the questionnaire without saying who you are; name and email are asked only at the end, if you want the report, and you may add company and role. Your answers travel with the request, because the report is built on them. The tick box under the form also allows us to write to you about our services: the legal basis is consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), and you can withdraw it whenever you like, with the link at the bottom of every email or by writing to us. Contacts are kept in HighLevel, which you will find in the table below.
When you browse. With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages work and which do not. If you do not consent, it does not start: measurement is configured so that no request leaves before you have chosen. The legal basis is consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), and you can withdraw it at any time from the banner.
When you watch a video. Our pages carry YouTube videos. Before you consent you see a still image hosted on our own site instead of the player: no request is made to YouTube and your IP address does not reach Google. Once you consent, Google’s own privacy notice applies from that moment on.
What we do not do. We do not profile you, we take no automated decisions about you, we neither buy nor sell contact lists, and we do not send you marketing unless you have asked for it. The fonts used on this site are hosted by us: they generate no call to any external server.
How long we keep it
| Enquiries that do not become clients | 24 months from the last contact |
| Client data | 10 years, as Italian law requires accounting records to be kept (art. 2220 of the Civil Code) |
| Site measurement data | as set in Google Analytics, and in any case no longer than 14 months |
| Contacts left with the Team Alignment Check | until you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe |
Once those periods are over the data are deleted or made anonymous. If you ask us to delete them sooner, we do it sooner — except for what we are obliged to keep by law.
Who we share it with
We do not disclose your data. Only those we need in order to work get near it, and each of them is bound to us by a contract:
| Who | What they do | Where |
|---|---|---|
| HighLevel Inc. (GoHighLevel) | the quote request form and contact management | United States |
| Sinch (Mailgun) | sending service emails | United States |
| Google LLC | Google Analytics 4 and the YouTube videos | United States |
| Hostinger | hosts the site | European Union |
Besides these, your data may be seen by our tax and accounting advisers and by whoever gives us technical support, always within the limits of what is needed.
Transfers outside the European Union
Three of the providers above are based in the United States, so some data reach them. The transfer takes place on the basis of the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and, where the provider takes part in it, of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. If you want a copy of the safeguards in place, write to us.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what data we hold about you, and give you a copy;
- correct them, if they are wrong or incomplete;
- erase them;
- restrict their use, or object to a processing;
- hand them over in a machine-readable format, or pass them to another provider;
- withdraw a consent you had given, without affecting what was done before.
Write to events@teamworking.it. We answer within a month; if the request is a complex one we may take two months more, and in that case we tell you within the first.
If you think we have not treated you well, you can complain to the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or to the supervisory authority of the country where you live, or go to court.
If this page changes
When we change something that matters — a new provider, a different purpose — we update this page and change the date below. If the change concerns a processing based on your consent, we ask you for it again.
