Constructions as a metaphor of company

Team Building Engineering is born from the necessity to develop a key ability in corporate context: facing constantly new problems and challenges! Developing a strategy against unforeseen problems can determine the success or the failure of a company, and it’s extremely important to have a team well trained in this direction. Thus, here is the basic idea of this format: to play, design and realize a little engineering project with limited time and materials. A hard task requiring great doses of creativity, adaptability, team work and sharing of company’s values.

Team Building Engineering with low environmental impact

Construction team buildings are very versatile in their general characters. We can organize an activity in an indoor or outdoor location; no engineering knowledge is required. Our materials are all very simple, of everyday use and preferably recycled: like pasta, cardboard, wood or recycled plastic, for a truly environmental and eco friendly approach. Depending on the material chosen, this format can have different versions: Pasta Building, Leonardo Challenge, Creative Recycling or Lego Team Building. There’s not limit to the project we can create! According to our client’s desire, this format can be realized as mainly recreative, as an ice-breaking activity during your meeting or conference, or as a serious training, with briefing, debriefing and specific instructions of our trainers.
