Pasta Making Team Building: how is it done?

For a morning or an afternoon, the kitchen turns into a pasta factory. Participants, divided into groups, learn how to prepare the most popular types of pasta. Ravioli, tortellini, spaghetti, tagliatelle, gnocchi and even a rare and ancient kind like spaghetti alla chitarra… they say that in Italy there are 115 kinds of pasta, and we are resolute to try all of them! Will it be a hard task?..

Team Building Pasta Cooking: spaghetti alla chitarraOf course it is! But Pasta Making Team Building is first of all a mean to discover a little (or, maybe, not so little) part of Italian culinary tradition while enjoying a pleasant and familiar atmosphere together with your coworkers.

Because making fresh pasta is not only about cooking, it’s a team activity. In Italy, when all the big family comes together for a holiday, it is still a tradition to do fresh handmade pasta all together. You will get to know them from a completely new point of view, relax and learn how to manage time and resources, divide tasks and work in team in order to reach a pleasant aim: your dinner!
