In this program, aspiring Chefs face different challenges that put to trial their creativity and their ability in cooking. We love it so much that we took this TV program as an inspiration for our original culinary challenge activity: Master Cooking Team Building!

In our team building program, aspiring Chefs test themselves in various trials. For example? Secret Box, where they must cook a dish using only the ingredients chosen by our chefs; or Creative Test, during which they will cook a special place proposed by a world-famous chef.

The winner of the Italian edition of this program, Stefano, is partner of TeamWorking in the organization of Cooking and Master Cooking team building events. We had also the pleasure to interview him in our office. Stefano told us about his two passions: sport and cooking. It may seem bizarre to link physical activities with cuisine, but these experience are united by one thing: the importance of teamwork.

In the kitchen, just like on a playing field, there is a team of people who work together to achieve a result. Thus, Stefano’s sport experiences shaped his character so that he can truly understand the importance of teamwork and leadership.
